Shipping Carrier

At this time we are choosing to support the United States Postal Service to ship all of our orders. Your order will be shipped via USPS priority mail service. USPS guarantees delivery within 2-3 days. We reserve the right to use another carrier should the need arise.

Order Processing Time

All of our products are made fresh to order. Please plan one business day for your order to be completed in our kitchen facility, and an additional 3 business days for the delivery of your package.

Holiday Rush Time

Please note that from November 15th – December 23rd, orders must be placed at least 7 business days in advance to assure on time delivery.

USPS Shipping Rates

Your shipping rate is based on USPS priority mail rates for a medium and/or large box. Your order is not based on weight or shipping address location. USPS delivers priority mail anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Medium box rates are $9.85 and large boxes ship for $13.50. Although rare, we do not accept responsibility for USPS' failure to deliver on your expected delivery date. ***If delivery time is extremely critical, we ask that you contact us at 1-877-995-0008 to arrange an alternate shipping method.

Business Days

Please consider that all delivery days refer to business days, Monday-Friday. USPS will deliver on Saturday; however, Saturday may not be requested as a delivery day. USPS observes every legal holiday.

APO Addresses

USPS will deliver to APO addresses; however, delivery time/days are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

This service is not available at this time, but will hopefully be added in the future.

Sales Tax

Our business is located in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia area. Orders placed within Georgia will incur the applicable sales tax. Orders placed outside the state of Georgia will not at this time incur sales tax.
