Do your products contain trans fats?

No. All of our products are all natural. Trans fats come from man-made, lab created substances. We use only the finest natural and/or organic ingredients.

What if I have nut allergies?

Our products are hand-crafted in a unique shared facility. While we work hard to make sure that cross-contamination does not occur in our nut-free products, we cannot guarantee that those individuals with severe nut allergies will not be impacted. We advise you to call us @ 1.877.995.0008 for further questions if you suffer from severe nut allergy. The products containing nuts are PB Joys & PB Yums ~ both made from all natural peanut butter, and possibly Mr. Wonderful, our customizable oatmeal raisin cookie with which you can choose to add pecans.

How safe are my products?

All of our staff have taken, passed and comply with the ServSafe course for food safety. This course is nationally mandated and teaches comprehensive practices in all aspects of handling food safely. In addition, we are inspected every 6 months by the Georgia Department of Agriculture. We also take the utmost care that not only our products be deliciously yummy but also safe for you and your tummy:-)!

When you say all-natural, what does that mean?

We at Victory Cookies believe that our bodies have an easier time digesting foods that are naturally harvested or made either from plants or animals. We use the finest real butter, pure vanilla, chocolate, unbleached wheat flour and many other high quality all natural ingredients. When possible, we try to use sources that include such sources as small, family-owned dairies, chocolatiers and flour mills.

Are your products nut-free?

We are using natural peanut butter in two of our products. Both the PB Joy and PB Yum are peanut butter based.  We do use some other tree nuts, such as pecans. We take measures to prevent cross-contamination, but cannot guarantee this won't occur. If you have severe peanut or tree nut allergy, we highly recommend you contact us @ 1.877.995.0008 prior to placing your order.

Do you have gluten-free products?

Yes. We make a fabulous peanut butter cookie, called the PB Yum, which is gluten free. You will be pleased with it's rich flavor and not miss the flour that is present in most cookies.

Do you have sugar-free products?

Are your products shelf-stable?

Yes! Our products can remain at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. Our products do not contain any artificial ingredients or preservatives. If you would like to keep them fresh for longer periods, they may be frozen for up to 30 days. When thawing, leave at room temperature for about 30 minutes. They can also be warmed for a few seconds in the microwave to bring that 'just baked' tasted right to your table. After thawing, please use or discard within 14 days.
